At Thomas Earnshaw, we strive for complete satisfaction with your horological investment. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your timepiece in its original luxury presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned watch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
